By accessing our website at realbondcleaning.com.au, requesting a quote, or booking any service with Real Bond Cleaning (“we”, “us”, “our”), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
These Terms & Conditions apply to all customers, visitors, and users of our services across Brisbane and surrounding areas of Queensland, Australia.
2. Our Services
2.1 Services Offered
Real Bond Cleaning provides the following professional cleaning and related services:
- Bond / End of Lease Cleaning
- Carpet Cleaning
- Exit Cleaning
- Move In / Move Out Cleaning
- Pest Control
- General and Deep Cleaning
2.2 Service Availability
All services are subject to availability. We serve Brisbane and surrounding suburbs in Queensland. While we make every effort to accommodate bookings, we reserve the right to decline service requests at our discretion.
2.3 Bond Back Guarantee
Our Bond Back Guarantee applies under the following conditions:
- The guarantee applies only to the specific cleaning tasks completed by our team during the booked service
- You must notify us within 72 hours of the completed clean if there is an issue raised by your real estate agent or landlord
- The property must not have been re-entered or used between our clean and the inspection
- The guarantee covers a re-clean of the specific areas in question — it does not include a cash refund
- The guarantee does not apply to pre-existing damage, stains, or conditions present before our service
- Pest control, carpet cleaning, and other add-on services are subject to their own individual guarantees
3. Bookings and Confirmation
All bookings must be confirmed in writing (via email, SMS, or our website booking form). A booking is only considered confirmed once you receive a written confirmation from us. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel bookings due to unforeseen circumstances, and we will provide reasonable notice in such cases.
When making a booking, you agree to provide accurate information about the property, including its size, condition, and any special requirements. Providing incorrect information may result in additional charges or cancellation of the service.
4. Pricing and Payment
4.1 Quotes
All quotes provided are estimates based on the information you supply. Final pricing may vary if the actual condition or size of the property differs from what was described. We will notify you of any pricing changes before proceeding with the service.
4.2 Payment Terms
Payment is due on the day of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept payment via:
- Bank transfer (EFT)
- Credit/debit card
- Cash (on agreed arrangements)
For commercial or recurring services, invoiced payment terms of 7 days apply unless otherwise agreed.
4.3 Late Payment
Invoices not paid within the agreed timeframe may incur a late payment fee of 5% per week on the outstanding balance. We reserve the right to suspend services for accounts with outstanding balances.
5. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Please refer to our Refund & Cancellation Policy for full details on cancellations, rescheduling, and applicable fees. By booking our services, you agree to the terms outlined in that policy.
6. Access to Property
You are responsible for ensuring our cleaning team has safe and lawful access to the property at the agreed time. This includes arranging keys, security codes, or meeting our team on-site. If our team cannot access the property at the scheduled time and we are not given prior notice, a call-out fee may apply.
You confirm that you have the legal right to grant access to the property and that our team is permitted to carry out the booked services.
7. Customer Responsibilities
To enable us to provide the best possible service, customers are responsible for:
- Ensuring the property has running water and electricity at the time of service
- Removing personal belongings, furniture, and valuables before the clean where necessary
- Informing us of any known hazards, damage, or sensitive areas within the property
- Being available (or having a representative available) to conduct a walk-through at the completion of the service if requested
8. Limitation of Liability
Real Bond Cleaning will take all reasonable care when delivering our services. However, we will not be held liable for:
- Pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or staining that cannot be fully removed
- Damage caused by faulty fixtures, fittings, or structures within the property
- Loss or damage to items not disclosed to us prior to the clean
- Indirect or consequential losses arising from our services
Our total liability to you in respect of any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question. Nothing in these terms limits liability for personal injury or death caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Australian law.
9. Insurance
Real Bond Cleaning holds appropriate public liability insurance. If damage occurs as a direct result of our team’s negligence, we will investigate the claim and respond within 5 business days. Claims must be reported within 24 hours of the completed service and supported with photographic evidence.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on our website — including text, images, logos, and graphics — is the property of Real Bond Cleaning and is protected by Australian copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without our written permission.
11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be published on our website with a revised effective date. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
